Renal dysfunction predicts mortality in type 2 diabetic patients suffering from an acute ischemic stroke

      ]. There is little published data showing that renal dysfunction is associated with increased mortality in patients suffering from an ischemic stroke. The aim of our study was to determine if renal dysfunction is associated with an increased risk of mortality in type 2 diabetic patients suffering from an acute ischemic stroke.
